Office help for owner-run businesses · Nationwide

Help with the office work
that keeps piling up.

I set up assistants for cabinet shops, contractors and trades. They draft follow-ups, flag job costs and prepare review requests. You approve the work.

Plans from $1,500/mo. I start with how your business runs today.

A quick check-in on your cabinet quote

Hi, just checking in on the cabinet quote I sent over. Any questions about the scope or timing? I’m happy to talk it through.

What I take off your plate

The work that follows you home.

Start with the repetitive jobs that eat into your day. I set up the assistants, fit them to how you already work and keep them useful.

Keep quotes from going quiet.

Your assistant tracks open quotes and drafts a personal follow-up, so you don’t have to remember every loose end.

Example: A quote has no reply after three days. A check-in is ready for you to review.

Spot job costs drifting.

Your assistant compares available job costs with your estimate and flags items worth a closer look.

Example: Materials are nearing the budget, with another order still to place. You get a heads-up before deciding.

Remember the review request.

When a job wraps up, your assistant prepares a thank-you, review request or referral message in your voice.

Example: A finished job prompts a short thank-you with your review link. You give it the OK.

Give recurring costs a closer look.

Cost Review · Included in Core

I review your subscriptions, card processing fees and insurance renewal dates and send you a written summary. You choose what to act on.

Example: An unused subscription to check and an insurance renewal to re-quote. No changes without your approval.

How I work

Start with one job.
See if it helps.

You know your business. I handle the setup and upkeep. I start by finding work worth taking off your plate.

  1. 01 / Get in touch

Show me where the time goes.

Email me a few lines or book a short video call, evenings or weekends, whenever suits you, and tell me about your repeat tasks and current tools. I’ll write back on where an assistant can help, where it can’t, and what I’d start with.

  2. 02 / First 3 months

    Try it in your business.

I build and tune your Core assistants during a 3-month trial at the Core rate. You review the drafts, and I check what’s working and what needs adjusting.

  3. 03 / Ongoing support

    Keep what’s working.

If it’s useful, you sign a 12-month contract on the plan that fits, and I keep it running and adjust it as your work changes. You keep control of what gets sent and what gets changed.

The trial is billed at the Core rate and covers the Core assistants only. The phone and marketing assistants start with the 12-month contract. There’s no month-to-month.

Your point of contact

You deal with me
from start to finish.

I’m the person behind Bayshore Ventures LLC. I work with owner-run businesses across the country on the office work that keeps piling up.

When you write to me, you hear back from the person who sets up and maintains your assistants. I learn how you handle customers, build around the tools that fit, and make changes with you as I go.

My job is to make your week easier. If an assistant isn’t helping, I’ll say so and work with you to fix it or drop it.

Monthly service

Here’s what it costs.

Every plan starts with a 3-month trial at the Core rate, then a 12-month contract. There’s no month-to-month. Setup is a one-time fee of $2,500 to $5,000, scaling with the plan. Grok Business seats are billed to you separately, by xAI. I’ll confirm the scope and tool compatibility before you start.

Before you decide

A few fair questions.

Does anything go out without my approval?

Customer emails start as drafts. You edit, send or skip each one yourself. The one exception is the phone assistant, because it talks to callers live. It answers calls only. It doesn’t call anyone back or send texts, and it never quotes prices. You and I agree on what it can say first, and it only goes on with your OK.

Do I need to learn new software or switch tools?

No. I handle the setup and try to work with the tools you already use. Before you commit, I check what can connect and explain any changes.

Is the 3-month trial free?

No. It’s billed at the Core rate and covers the Core assistants only. You can leave the trial with no buyout, by not signing at the end or with 30 days’ notice. To keep going, you sign a 12-month contract on the plan you choose. There’s no month-to-month. Once you sign, ending early takes 30 days’ notice plus 50% of the remaining contract months at the current fee.

Can you guarantee results?

No. I can’t promise a specific result. Results depend on your workload, your tools and which assistants you use. During the trial I check the drafts with you and adjust them, and you decide whether to continue.

What will you need access to?

It depends on the work. Before setup, I tell you which tools and information each assistant needs, and you decide what to approve. I also flag any tool changes or outside service costs before you commit.

Who sees my customer data?

The assistants I set up, and only the tools and information you approve. Before setup, I tell you what each assistant needs, and you decide. If one needs more later, I add it one connection at a time with your OK. The assistants run on Grok Business seats from xAI, so xAI's terms apply to that part.
